The Colorado Four-Year Terms for Elected State Officials Amendment, also known as Measure 3, was on the November 2, 1954 ballot in Colorado as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment, where it was defeated. The measure would have provided for four-year long terms for elected state officers.[1]
