The Centre for Telecommunication Research (CTR) is a research institute based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, that conducts collaborative and industry-sponsored research in wireless communications and networking. Its research activities are primarily focused on technologies related to the physical, data-link, and network layers of communication systems, as well as optical communication.[1][2][3][4]
