Block

From Conservapedia

A block is a technical restriction from viewing or using an online resource. An example is Conservapedia's blocking policy, in which people will be blocked from editing if they vandalize the site, or otherwise break the rules. Blocks may be issued for various reasons, the most common reason is a violation of terms of service. Blocks can be applied to accounts or IP addresses, the latter is known as an IP block. If an IP range is blocked, it is called a range block.
