Routledge is a British-based multinational publisher. It was founded in 1836 by George Routledge, and it specializes in the areas of providing academic books/journals and online resources in the areas of the humanities and social sciences.[1]

The company publishes about 1,800 journals and 2,000 new books every year and their backlist includes over 35,000 titles.[2]
