Parson

From Conservapedia

A parson is a Protestant (especially Anglican) parish priest who presides over his congregation.

The popular Christmas song Winter Wonderland refers to Parson Brown, as possible officiant of marriage.

The term is rarely used in modern times, except within the term "parsonage" (a residence owned by a congregation where the pastor/priest resides, most common within rural communities where housing is scarce or within Catholic/Anglican congregations).
