Covered Business Method Patent

From Conservapedia

A covered business method patent is a category of patents that which the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) embarked during the Obama Administration to invalidate nearly every time that an infringer demanded that they do so. Even more than the inter partes review (IPR) process, the review of CBM patents has resulted in a nearly 100% invalidation of challenged patents by the PTAB under the Obama Administration.
