The Pro-life States that are free of abortion after the U.S. Supreme Court overruled Roe v. Wade in the summer of 2022 are:

2. Arkansas
3. Louisiana
4. Kentucky
5. Missouri
6. Oklahoma
7. Texas
8. South Dakota
9. Utah
10. West Virginia
11. Wisconsin
12. Wyoming

The following states have trigger laws that ban abortion, which are soon to be implemented:

1. Mississippi (10 days after ruling)
2. North Dakota (30 days)
3. Tennessee (30 days)

The following states have enacted the Heartbeat Bill prohibiting abortion after a heartbeat can be detected:

1. Ohio
2. South Carolina
3. Tennessee
4. Georgia Heartbeat Law (will likely be upheld in July 2022)
5. Iowa (its Gov. Reynolds is asking courts to uphold its Heartbeat law)
