Sikanderpur is a small village of 563.4 hectares in Atrauli Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sikanderpur depends on Chharra Rafatpu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One Well supply, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - One river,One canal. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Sikanderpur's pin code is 202122[4], and village code is 01346500. The area of Sikanderpur is segregated as 155 hectares irrigated area, 121 hectares unirrigated area. the 190 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 96 hectare area not available for cultivation.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Chharra Rafatpu and Aligarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
