The Wisconsin judicial elections of 2010 consisted of a Spring Primary on February 16, 2010 and a Spring Election on April 6, 2010.
There were also Partisan Primaries for non-judicial state offices on September 14, 2010, and the General Election was held on November 2, 2010. See Statewide elections, 2010 for more information about those races.
Three seats were up for a vote on the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and 44 Circuit Court seats were up for election.[1] There were 67 candidates registered for election in the Spring Primary.[2] Only 12 of the races were contested - 2 on the Court of Appeals and 10 on the Circuit Courts.
There were seats up for a vote in the Municipal Courts as well.

There were 44 Wisconsin Circuit Courts seats up for a vote in the 2010 Spring Election. Only 10 of the seats were contested and the incumbent ran in just 2 of the contested races.[1]
