Orthodox Union

The Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations, usually known as the Orthodox Union, is an international Orthodox Jewish organization based in New York City. The OU is also famous for being the main kosher food inspection group in the U.S., and any food that is certified kosher by the OU is stamped with is stamped with the encircled U, the logo for the OU.
