Pawar is a small village of 340 hectares in Karchhana Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Pawar depends on shakarpur, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply One tankand One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Tap. Pawar's pin code is 212301[4], and village code is 05531600. The area of Pawar is segregated as 300 hectares irrigated area, 165 hectares unirrigated area. the 30 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 45 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Pawar has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Pawar is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 3394 and has total administration over 598 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 562 (16.56%) males constitute 297 (8.75%) of the population and females 265 (7.81%).

The workforce is 756 male, 541 female with 959 (73.94%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 561 males and 398 females. 176 males and 150 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 178 male and 209 female agricultural labor. 338 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of shakarpur and Allahabad to sell carpet and make their living.
