Coordination

From Conservapedia

Coordination is a principle in property rights dating back to the First Continental Congress, which requires the federal government to coordinate with local government before interfering with local property owners.

This doctrine has been useful, particularly in some Western areas of the United States, in limiting some of the excesses of encroachment by the federal government on local land.
