Kwame Nkrumah

Kwame Nkrumah (1909-1972) was the dictator of Ghana. First he was the prime-minister of Ghana, later the first president of Ghana. He created an single-party-system with his Socialist Convention People’s Party.

He is remembered for coining the term Neocolonialism.[1]
