Oregon Ballot Measure 54 (2008) was an initiated constitutional amendment that would have given cities in Oregon the authority to regulate strip acts, despite the current "Free-expression" clause in the Oregon Constitution.[1]

Status[edit]

This initiative was withdrawn by Mannix because he failed to raise enough money and couldn't attain enough signatures through volunteer petitioners.[2]
