Chandi is a small village of 179 hectares in Koraon Tehsil in Allahabad district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Chandi depends on Shankargarh (NP, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Chandi's pin code is 212306[4], and village code is 05497100. The area of Chandi is segregated as 82.04 hectares irrigated area, 20 hectares unirrigated area. the 4.828 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).
Chandi has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Chandi is a census village in the district of Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 442 and has total administration over 71 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Shankargarh (NP and Allahabad to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
