From Handwiki

CABIE, or the Continuous Automated Build and Integration Environment, is a multi-platform, multi-revision control system, client/server-based application providing both command line and Web-based access to real time build monitoring and execution information. CABIE runs as a daemon on Linux, Solaris and HP-UX, or as a service under Windows. CABIE is written in Perl and utilizes a database back-end as a collection point for all build information.
