Vitex

Vitex, or chaste tree berry, or monk's pepper, is a herbal over the counter medicine. It is used to treat PMS in women. For men it is used to treat hypersexuality. It was used by Roman Catholic priests in medieval times to help them maintain their vows of chastity, which is why it is called monk's pepper.
