Wilford Brimley

From Conservapedia

Wilford Brimley is an American actor and conservative activist. A former marine, Brimley is known for his roles in films such as The Thing and Cocoon. He supported Republican candidate John McCain in the 2008 Presidential Election. Brimley is a Mormon, and has expressed his distaste for Hollywood values in interviews.

Brimley was the target of liberal mockery after appearing in a series of infomercials for an American medical company, in which, due to his accent, he was perceived to repeatedly mispronounce the word "diabetes". In fact, Brimley's work has served to raise the profile of the disease in the United States and worldwide.
