Kelly Michael Armstrong (born October 8, 1976) is an American lawyer and politician serving as the U.S. representative for North Dakota's at-large congressional district since 2019. He formerly served as North Dakota state senator from the 36th district from 2012 to 2018 and chair of the North Dakota Republican Party from 2015 until 2018. Armstrong was one of seven Republicans who didnt decertify 2020 election.[1]
Armstrong was among 47 Republicans to codify Obergefell V. Hodges (gay marriage).
