John Wesley Charles (JON; born June 18, 1971) was an American Football player who attended "Foothill College and Portland State University".^[1] John Charles was a Portland State University Athletics Hall Of Fame inductee in 2018^[2]; who was recognized as "a two-time Western Football Conference Player of the Year, a Harlon Hill Award finalist and named NCAA All-American in 1992".^[2]
