Treaty Clause
From Conservapedia The Treaty Clause is Article II, Section 2, clause 2, of the U.S. Constitution:

At the Constitutional Convention, Founder George Mason held reservations about the power of the senate for making treaties, saying that "He was extremely earnest to take this power from the Senate, who he said could already sell the whole Country by means of Treaties."[1]
