Stringfellow Hawke

Stringfellow Hawke (played by American actor Jan-Michael Vincent) is the main character, and spiritual cornerstone, of the action-adventure television series Airwolf. A secret agent of a department of the CIA referred to as "the Firm", Hawke is the test pilot of the one-of-a-kind supersonic military helicopter named, Airwolf. The character of Hawke, and many of the characters on the show, were modeled after biblical heroes and anti-heroes. Many of the themes depicted in the series were ahead of their time due to very serious terrorist and spiritual plot lines.
