Tipani is a small village of 756 hectares in Ladnu Tehsil in Nagaur district in the State of Rajasthan, India.^[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Tipani depends on Ladnu, the nearest town for all major economic activities.^[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply, One tank, One tubewell, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Tipani is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Tipani's pin code is 341317^[4], and village code is 01764400. The area of Tipani is segregated as 20.84 hectares irrigated area, 661.13 hectares unirrigated, the 24.86 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 49.18 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Tipani is a census village in the district of Nagaur, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 888 and has total administration over 150 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

• Scheduled caste counts for 141 (15.88%) males constitute 74 (8.33%) of the population and females 67 (7.55%).

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Ladnu and Nagaur to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
