BHAGSAR is a small village of 465 hectares in Vijainagar Tehsil in Ganganagar district, established by Maharaja Ganga Singh and known as one of the first well-planned modern cities of India, and is greatly influenced by the town planning of Paris in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. BHAGSAR depends on RAISINGHNAGAR, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, Two Wells supply, One tank, Two tubewells, and Two handpumps. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, One canal and Two springs. BHAGSAR is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Canal. BHAGSAR's pin code is 335703[4], and village code is 00123000. The area of BHAGSAR is segregated as 88.1 hectares irrigated area, 362 hectares unirrigated, remaining 15 hectare area not available for cultivation.
BHAGSAR has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

BHAGSAR is a census village in the district of Ganganagar, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 129 and has total administration over 28 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

- Scheduled caste counts for 35 (27.13%) males constitute 16 (12.40%) of the population and females 19 (14.73%).

According to a census 2011 report, 74 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 41 male, 33 female with 54 (72.97%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 38 males and 16 females. 15 males are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 18 male and 14 female agricultural labor. 20 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of RAISINGHNAGAR and Ganganagar to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
