Arbitration Fairness Act

The The Arbitration Fairness Act of 2015 (HR 2807), which was introduced by Georgia Rep. Hank Johnson in the House of Representatives and supported by Minnesota Sen. Al Franken, would eliminate forced arbitration clauses and open the floodgates to class actions brought by trial attorneys.

In a nutshell, this Act would reinstate full rights of consumers to sue in court.^[1]
