Elections for the Illinois House of Representatives consisted of a primary election on May 7, 2002, and a general election on November 5, 2002.
Qualifications[edit]
To be eligible to serve in the Indiana House of Representatives, a candidate must:[1][2]
- Be a United States citizen at the time of the election
- Have resided in Indiana for at least two (2) years and in the house district for at least one (1) year before the election
- Be at least twenty-one (21) years old upon taking office
