Sangariya is a small village of 172 hectares in Bagidora Tehsil in Banswara district, also known as City of Hundred Islands in the State of Rajasthan, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Sangariya depends on Dohad (Gujrat), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include Two taps, One Well supply, Two tanks, Two tubewells, and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources - Two rivers, Two canals and Two springs. Sangariya is also surrounded by Two lakes. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Sangariya's pin code is 327601[4], and village code is 03485100. The area of Sangariya is segregated as 160.66 hectares unirrigated, the 11 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves).
Sangariya has One post office (Sangariya B.O). Sangariya has One bank and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Sangariya is a census village in the district of Banswara, Rajasthan. The village has a total population of 1156 and has total administration over 217 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.
- Sangariya has 270 children, 137 boys and 133 girls.
- Scheduled caste counts for 12 (1.04%) males constitute 8 (0.69%) of the population and females 4 (0.35%).
- Scheduled tribe counts for 1144 (98.96%) males constitute 571 (49.39%) of the population and females 573 (49.57%).

Employment[edit]
According to a census 2011 report, 578 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 280 male, 298 female with 371 (64.19%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 229 males and 142 females. 185 males and 3 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 41 male and 136 female agricultural labor. 207 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Dohad (Gujrat) and Banswara to sell earthen pot and make their living.
