Language on the ballot:

“ Shall an annual income tax of one percent on the school district income of individuals and of estates be imposed by the Brookfield Local School District for a five year period of time, beginning January 1, 2013, for the purpose of current expenses of the Brookfield Local School District?[1][2] ”
