Haines Proposition 2, Local Campaign Finance Laws (October 2009)

Proposition 2, Financial Disclosure Localized Law Creation was on the October 6, 2009 ballot ballot in Haines Borough, which is in Alaska.

This proposition sought to create localized financial disclosure reporting requirements for the borough, where as now the borough follows state laws on disclosure reporting.

dUnofficial results: This measure was defeated with a vote of 55.29% against.^[1]
