Tudor Flower

From Britannica 11th Edition (1911)

Tudor Flower, or Cresting, an architectural ornament much used in the Tudor period on the tops of the cornices of screen work, &c., instead of battlements. It consists generally of a fiat, upright leaf standing on stems.
