The Limón Group is a geologic group in Costa Rica. It preserves fossils dating back to the Late Miocene to Early Pleistocene period.[1]

Stratigraphy

The Limón Group is subdivided into:

  • Uscari Formation
  • Quebrada Chocolate Formation
