A Streator City Electrical Aggregation proposition was defeated on the April 9, 2013 election ballot in Livingston County, which is in Illinois.
If approved, this measure would have authorized the City of Streator to arrange for the supply of electricity for its residents and small businesses that do not opt out of the program.[1]
