Saiyan is a small village of 0 hectares in Kheragarh Tehsil in Agra district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Saiyan depends on Kheragarh (NP), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One Well supply and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Saiyan's pin code is 283124[4], and village code is 01615100. The area of Saiyan is segregated as 996 hectares irrigated area, 1.41 hectares unirrigated, the 10 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves), and remaining 12 hectare area not available for cultivation.

According to a census 2011 report, 2759 people of the total population are employed. The workforce is 2512 male, 247 female with 2279 (82.6%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 2210 males and 69 females. 782 males and 15 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 368 male and 17 female agricultural labor. 480 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Kheragarh (NP) and Agra to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
