Physical Chemistry

Physical chemistry is a branch of chemistry that focuses on the physics behind chemical systems, at both a macroscopic and microscopic level. This includes the study of intermolecular forces and surface chemistry, chemical thermodynamics, reaction kinetics, quantum theory, and nuclear chemistry.
