RINOs and neoconservatives often support abortion or identify as "pro-choice."
Senator Ted Cruz falsely accused then-Presidential Candidate Donald Trump of supporting Planned Parenthood and claimed that he would use taxpayer money to fund the organization as President.[1] This was later proven to be false.[2]
Many RINOs and establishment conservatives refer to themselves as "pro-choice."[3][4] Others, though claiming to be pro-life, take actions which advance the abortionist agenda and stymie pro-life efforts.[5][6][7][8]
Abortionist Republicans include John McCain,[9] Mitt Romney,[10] and George W. Bush.[11]
Pro-abortion "libertarians" include Gary Johnson,[12] and the Libertarian Party itself.[13]
