Hoa is a modular, extensible, and structured set of PHP libraries. Hoa aims at being a bridge between industrial and research worlds. The project is distributed under the New BSD license.

History

Hoa /ˌhoʊə/ is a retro-recursive acronym for Hoa, Open Accessibility. Born in in the room of Ivan Enderlin, the project has been a pretext to study Computer Science in depth. In the project really started with a community, users, events etc.[1]
