Tehara is a small village of 78.64 hectares in Iglas Tehsil in Aligarh district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Tehara depends on Atrauli (MB), the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One tap, One tubewell and One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Well. Tehara's pin code is 202124[4], and village code is 01329500. The area of Tehara is segregated as 68.64 hectares irrigated area, remaining 10 hectare area not available for cultivation.
Tehara has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.
The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Tehara is a census village in the district of Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 861 and has total administration over 149 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

The workforce is 207 male, 40 female with 207 (83.81%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 171 males and 36 females. 33 males and 1 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 115 male and 8 female agricultural labor. 40 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.
They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of Atrauli (MB) and Aligarh to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
