Arab Slave Trade
From Conservapedia The Arab slave trade is the longest yet least discussed of the two major slave trades. It began in seventh century as Arabs and other Asians poured into northern and eastern Africa under the banner of Islam. The Arab trade of Blacks in Southeast Africa predates the European transatlantic slave trade by 700 years, [1][2] and in modern times slavery persists in the Islamic world primarily with sex slavery. Unlike the Slavery in the Americas, African slaves traded by the Arabs were castrated and could not reproduce. [3]
Islamic raiders have a fondness for women with very light hair, eyes, and skin tone.[4][5]
In 1704 Joseph Pitts, an English sailor, published his account of being held as a slave by Barbary pirates.[6]
