Aptitude

Aptitudes are inborn abilities. They can be thought of as potential abilities, or potential skills that can be developed into usable skills by training and experience. Numerous testable aptitudes have been identified. There are four main aptitude testing organizations. One is the Johnson O'Connor Research Institute.
