6. Joint-stock colony: Virginia and Massachusetts Bay Colony. Charter colony: Connecticut and Rhode Island. Proprietary colony: Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New York. Royal Colony: Virginia.
7. Whether or not it was right for the Puritans to kill the Quakers for coming back.
