“

Shall Measure E be adopted to approve an increase in the City’s Hotel Users Tax from the current rate of ten percent (10%) to a rate of twelve percent (12%), raising $30,000 annually, all funds staying local for the direct benefit of services for the citizens of the City of Orland, including law enforcement, emergency medical and fire, street repairs, and supporting Orland’s tourism, the duration of the tax continuous, until repealed or amended?^[2]
