Boogeyman

The Boogeyman is a mythological monster who hides under beds and in closets. Stories of him can be found in many cultures, and he is sometimes even the adversary of the Sandman. "Boogeyman" can also be a general term for demons such as Satan, the Grim Reaper, ghosts, vampires, werewolves, zombies, etc.
