Health Management Associates was a health care provider headquartered in Naples, Florida. It operated facilities primarily in the southern United States. The company's stock was traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The company was sold to Community Health Systems in 2013.

Another (also defunct) company known as "Health Management Associates" involved in a tainted blood scandal involving Bill Clinton was based in Arkansas. The two companies are in no way linked.
