Andy Levin

Andy Levin is the Democratic party representative from Michigan's 9th Congressional District in the U.S. House. Levin was elected to the office on November 6, 2018. He succeeded his father, Sandy Levin (D), who held the seat from 1983 to 2019. He is the nephew of former U.S. Senator Carl Levin. Levin is a member of the totalitarian-oriented Congressional Progressive Caucus and the Climate Crisis Committee and is a co-sponsor of the Green New Deal. Levin would lose his primary to fellow incumbent Haley Stevens.
