Media journalism may take the shape of news broadcasts, print publications, advertisements, and public relations professionals. Based on the style of journalism, the word journalist can refer to a variety of different types of people depending on the roles they play in the process. The term "visual journalists" refers to those who utilise visual media to tell stories, such as photographers or videojournalists, as well as editors, editorial-writers, columnists, and citizen journalists (journalists who use the medium of photography).
