The BC Lions are one of nine professional football teams in the Canadian Football League (CFL). The team plays in BC Place Stadium, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The current coach is Wally Buono.

Since entering the CFL in 1954, the BC Lions have won six Grey Cups: 1964, 1985, 1994, 2000, 2006 and 2011.[1]

Major individual awards won by BC Lions players in recent years include the CFL's Most Outstanding Player award in 2006 to WR Geroy Simon and in 2004 to QB Casey Printers.[2]
