Richhali is a small village of 104 hectares in Ramnagar Tehsil in Barabanki district in the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.[2] The village is administrated by a sarpanch who is elected representative of the village by the local elections. Richhali depends on suratganj, the nearest town for all major economic activities.[3] The village has government-provided water facilities that include One handpump. The villagers also acquire water from some of the natural water sources. The population of the village depends on the source of drinking water during summer on Handpump. Richhali's pin code is 225201[4], and village code is 05727500. The area of Richhali is segregated as 63 hectares irrigated area, 24 hectares unirrigated area. the 9 hectare area under culturable waste (including gauchar and groves) and remaining 8 hectare area not available for cultivation.

Richhali has Two banks and Two credit societies for the regulation of economic activity. The village is also equipped with Two recreational centers.

The village has an uninterrupted 24 hours electric supply from a power grid.

Richhali is a census village in the district of Barabanki, Uttar Pradesh. The village has a total population of 948 and has total administration over 176 houses which are connected to supplies basic amenities like water and sewerage.

  • Scheduled caste counts for 307 (32.38%) males constitute 168 (17.72%) of the population and females 139 (14.66%).

The workforce is 183 male, 48 female with 163 (70.56%) of all workers being employed full-time, this includes 154 males and 9 females. 46 males and 3 females are considered as the main cultivators with the help of 85 male and 4 female agricultural labor. 68 people are reported to work for a marginal period of time in the year.

They depend on the agricultural markets (Mandi) of the nearby towns of suratganj and Barabanki to sell agricultural produce and make their living.
