Two Perry Precinct Local Alcohol Questions was on the March 6, 2012 ballot in the Perry precinct area which is in Carroll County.

The measure was approved

YES: 143 (54.17%) a
NO: 121 (45.83%)^[1]

This measure sought to allow the sale of alcohol at the designated location on week days as well as on Sundays.^[2]

Question 1: Shall the sale of beer be permitted by Perry Post Restaurant an applicant for a D-1 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a restaurant at 7230 Scio Road SE, Perry Township, Scio, Ohio 43988 in this precinct?

Question 2: Shall the sale of beer be permitted for sale on Sunday between the hours of eleven a.m. and midnight by Perry Post Restaurant an applicant for a D-1 liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a restaurant at 7230 Scio Road SE, Perry Township, Scio, Ohio 43988 in this precinct?^[3]
