Early life and education[edit]

Kaushik's educational background demonstrates his strong emphasis on leadership and management. He obtained an M.B.A. from XLRI Jamshedpur in 2010, where he completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management Satellite Course. In 2014, he furthered his expertise in the hospitality industry by completing an online Global Hospitality Management Certificate Course from Cornell University. In 2017, he completed an online organizational design certificate course from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, refining his management skills.

Kaushik also completed an online Leadership Development Certificate Course from Harvard University and is a licensed lifetime Six Sigma Black and Green Belt practitioner.

Kaushik began his career in the hospitality industry with Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where he held a leadership role during 2006–2008. During this time, he participated in the Hyatt International Corporate Leadership Trainee program and worked at the Hyatt Regency Delhi and Grand Hyatt Mumbai. Before this role, Kaushik completed an internship at The Oberoi, a landmark 5-star hotel in Mumbai, where he received exposure and training in all core departments.[5]

In 2009, Kaushik moved to DLF Ltd., where he worked for a year before joining Kingdom of Dreams in 2010. At Kingdom of Dreams, a leisure and entertainment company, Kaushik held a leadership position and was recognized for his commitment to enhancing mental health and personal growth through the Swiss Knife Brain System, which was issued by Lior Suchard.[6]

In April 2014, Kaushik founded Peopleist India, a privately owned business management consulting firm that provides coaching, consultation, and training services primarily to leading service-oriented businesses. As the CEO of Peopleist India, Kaushik applies his expertise in people management to help clients accomplish their most critical business objectives and make sustainable breakthroughs. The firm is highly regarded for its business management services and focuses on delivering tailored solutions to meet the needs of clients.[7]
