The system teaches armed and unarmed combat moves, both standing and on the ground, including anti-grappling moves. Master Paulo Albuquerque, The founder (Soke) is open to experimenting new moves, which must be reality-checked by the instructor team, then checked on the military forces, then in the police - and After that the moves are taught to students.

The graduation system is similar to other martial arts. The students starts at the white band, and progresses through green (I, II, III), red (I, II), brown (I), and black. From White to the Black belt level, is possible go in 3 and half years. People that have experience on other martial arts, can benefit from experience, and learn in a faster pace.
